The Complete Maternity Planner
£27.00
Helping working mums plan a calm, confident maternity leave and return, with clarity and ease.
Work through it at your own pace, section by section, on your laptop or however suits you. Come back to it whenever you need to, right up until you're ready to return.
The maternity leave planner that takes you from overwhelmed to organised, before baby arrives, during leave, and as you prepare to return to work.
What changes when you use it
Most working mums go into maternity leave piecing things together as they go. This planner changes that. By the time you've worked through it, you'll:
Know exactly what needs to happen at work before you leave, and feel confident having those conversations
Have a clear picture of your finances, childcare and home routines, so nothing catches you off guard
Feel less anxious, more in control, and genuinely prepared for every stage of the journey
Approach your return to work with clarity and confidence rather than dread
The Complete Maternity Planner walks you through the full journey in three stages:
Before leave, handover planning, employer conversations, rights and entitlements, finances and preparing your home.
During leave, routines, wellbeing, identity, relationships and making the most of your time.
Returning to work, flexible working, childcare, managing the transition and going back on your terms.
Who it's for
Working mums who want a structured, calm and practical way to navigate maternity leave, not generic advice, but a real plan built around your life. Especially helpful if you're a first-time mum, you're feeling overwhelmed, or you think better when things are organised and clear.
Why it's different
Created by a maternity leave specialist with 15+ years in corporate HR, someone who's sat on the other side of these conversations and knows exactly where women get caught out. This isn't a checklist. It's a complete maternity leave plan built from both sides of the table.
