Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to The Maternity Plan.
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using this website, located at https://thematernityplan.com, and for buying my digital products and services. By accessing this website I assume you accept these terms. Please do not continue to use the website if you do not agree to them.
Throughout these terms, "I," "me" and "my" refer to The Maternity Plan, and "you" refers to you as a visitor or customer.
If you have any questions about these terms, email me at donna@thematernityplan.com
My products and services
I sell digital products, including The Maternity Blueprint, and 1:1 planning and consultancy calls. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. Payment is taken at the point of purchase via Stripe.
The Maternity Blueprint is an online planning portal that you access and complete through your browser, on your phone or laptop. It is not a file you download, although you can download and print your own completed Blueprint at any time.
Access is for your own personal use. You must not share your access, resell it, or make the Blueprint or its contents available to anyone else.
I intend to keep the Blueprint available and maintained for as long as it is sold. If I ever need to withdraw it, I will give existing customers reasonable notice and the opportunity to download and print their completed Blueprint first.
Digital content and cancellation
The Maternity Blueprint and any other digital products are supplied immediately on purchase.
Under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are asked to give express consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel under regulation 29(1) once supply begins. You give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Once access has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for 1:1 calls, and full details of my refund position, are set out in my Refund Policy.
Not legal, financial or medical advice
The Maternity Blueprint, my planning calls, my articles and everything else on this website are provided for general information and planning purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and no solicitor–client or other professional relationship is created by using them.
Maternity rights, pay and benefits depend on your individual circumstances, your employer's own policies and your contract of employment, and the law changes over time. You should check the position that applies to you with official sources such as GOV.UK, ACAS or HMRC, with your employer, or with a qualified adviser before making decisions.
I am CIPD qualified and draw on many years of HR experience, but I am not a solicitor and I am not acting as your legal adviser. Any decisions you make remain your own.
Accuracy of information
I take care to keep the information in my products and on this website accurate and up to date, but I cannot warrant that it is complete, accurate or current at all times, or that the website will always be available.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
