Due to the instant-access nature of The Complete Maternity Leave Planner, all sales are final. As a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or accidental purchase.

1:1 Coaching & Consultancy Calls

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your call, please give us as much notice as possible.

• More than 48 hours notice — your call can be rescheduled at no additional cost

• Less than 48 hours notice — the session fee is non-refundable. Where possible, we will try to reschedule but this cannot be guaranteed

• No show — the session fee is non-refundable and the session is forfeited
