Digital products

The Maternity Blueprint and any other digital products are supplied immediately on purchase.

Under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are asked to give express consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel under regulation 29(1) once supply begins. You give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Once access has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

The Maternity Blueprint is an online planning portal that you access and complete in your browser, on your phone or laptop, rather than a file you download. You can download and print your completed Blueprint at any point.

Plans change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as you can.

• More than 48 hours' notice — your call can be rescheduled at no extra cost

• Less than 48 hours' notice — the session fee is non-refundable. I'll try to reschedule where I can, but I can't guarantee it

• No show — the session fee is non-refundable and the session is forfeited
